Gourmet Raspberry Vinegar

I absolutely adore this vinegar. It it so versatile, used in cooking and dressings. A cupboard must have!!

I make shrubs with summer and autumn fruit. This vinegar is perfect. The flavour enhances the finished product so much more than the usual apple cider vinegar which is listed in most recipes. Also a great addition to gravy and sauces.

We’ve bought raspberry vinegar from this vendor before, and when we reordered, thought we’d try another flavour also. The apple cider vinegar is sweet without being cloyey and is delicious as a drink - just a teaspoon in a large glass of water. The vinegars are not cheap, but reflect the care that goes into the products.

Many years ago an eldery lady used to make raspberry vinegar for my family.We laughingly called her Mrs Raspberry Vinegar. Its great to find someone is keeping up her tradition
