Our new recipes, launched in September 2015, are all fruitier than ever (meaning there is less sugar). These fruit vinegars have a significantly stronger fruit flavour, a more noticeable vinegar acidity and less of the cordial feel. Prepared using 33g sugar and infused using 29g cherries per 100g.
Our cherry vinegar is a heavenly match for Italian cuisine. Marry with Parma Ham, grilled scallops and mozzarella salads, or unite with desserts that have lashings of chocolate, mascarpone and ice-cream. We also like to use it to add robust character to sauces for duck and turkey, or teamed with sparkling wine for a vivid aperitif.
