I have been using these fruit and herb vinegars for many years now and I will not use any other brand. My extended family love my preserves, and in December, I start making them as gifts. In fact, they put their orders in!
For my Red Onion Marmalade, I use Blackcurrant and Rosemary Vinegar as my family thinks that this works best.
I use orange and mace for my Pickled Red Cabbage and Pickled Beetroot. Perfectly delicious. However, this year, I have tried the beets with lemon and Basil vinegar, and I will let you know what the response is.
Basically, Labaika's classy, elegant vinegars take part of the work off me. The vinegars are herbed already. What's not to like?
